Zoe Susice is the director of research amplification for UL’s Fire Safety Research Institute (FSRI). She is responsible for leading marketing and enabling functions as well as strategic communications and outreach to amplify the impact of FSRI’s research-driven insights.
Prior to joining FSRI, Susice held progressive roles in communications, marketing and strategy in consumer brands and across UL, most recently as the director of strategy and marketing for Underwriters Laboratories. She holds a B.S. in business administration from Bucknell University in Pennsylvania; a certificate from the Yale School of Management for completing The New Science of Marketing strategic marketing development program; and a Harvard University credential in social media marketing.
